How to shop & place an order

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

An email address is all you need to start the order process. We recommend that you register for a KICK account so that you can start adding your favourite pieces to your wishlist and place an order easily.

I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD: WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Simply follow the 'Forgot your password?' link on our login page and enter your email address. You'll then receive an email to reset your password.

HOW DO I RECEIVE CHI EMAIL UPDATES?

Stay informed of new arrivals and exclusive promotions by entering your email address under 'Newsletter' at the bottom of our homepage. You can update your email preferences under 'My Account'.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON YOUR SITE?

Placing an order is very simple at KICK. Here's how:

  1. Choose a category or brand from the top navigation menu or search to look for a specific style or item.
  2. Select the size of your item and click 'Add to cart'. Once you have finished adding your items, proceed to 'Checkout'.
  3. Sign in to your account if you have not done so already. If you do not have an account, simply enter your email address to proceed.
  4. Enter your address and payment information and select a delivery method to complete your order. Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email notification and the order will be shipped to you. You will also receive an email with delivery information and tracking number.

WHERE CAN I FIND SIZE & FIT ADVICE?

Check out 'Size & Fit' column for the item's size guide and you can also look at the detailed size chart in the Sizing page. Please contact us if you need further information.

CAN I TRY OUT THE ITEMS BEFORE I MAKE THE PURCHASE?

You can drop by our showroom (click here for location) to try out the items. Please let us know what styles and sizing you would like to try out and we will arrange a time for you to come by.

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please drop us an email at help@kickactive.co as soon as possible (in an hour or so) to cancel or make changes to an order. Unfortunately we are unable to add items to an existing order but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces. We can ship the items together if the previous item has not been shipped out and we will deduct the shipping fees for the additional items for you.

WHICH CURRENCIES CAN I SHOP IN?

You can now shop online in Thai Baht (THB), Malaysia Ringgit (MYR), Singapore Dollar (SGD) and US Dollar (USD), just click on Country/Currency tab to select your preferred currency.

WHEN WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED?

If you pay by bank transfer, KICK will take payment at the point your order is placed on our site. If you pay by credit card, full payment is usually taken once your order is ready for shipping, though your bank or card issuer may reserve the order amount in your account immediately.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

  • For Thai Baht - Visa/Mastercard, Bank Transfer
  • For Malaysian Ringgit, Singapore Dollar, US Dollar - Paypal, Visa/Mastercard via Paypal (note: you are not required to have a Paypal account to pay via credit card, you can check out as guest)

SHIPPING, TAXES & DUTIES

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We are currently shipping to Australia, Brunei, China, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macao, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING?

Shipping is free within Thailand and sent via registered mail. We will try our best to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible within 3-5 working days.

The shipping rates to other countries are:

  • Malaysia - MYR25
  • Singapore - SGD20
  • Australia, Brunei, China, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macao, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam - USD18

We run free shipping promo from time to time, when that happens, you will be able to choose free shipping option during check out. Please sign up for our newsletter so you will be informed when we run the promotion!

DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?

We offer same day delivery service in some major cities. Simply order before 10am to receive delivery that same day, and after 10am for the next business day.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM AND HOW CAN I TRACK DELIVERY?

Once your order details are confirmed, your item will be carefully prepared and sent on its way within 2-3 business days. Delivery will normally take 3-10 days after dispatch, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

WILL I NEED TO PAY TAXES AND DUTIES?

KICK ships to Thailand on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis. This means that all applicable taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price when you place your order and there are no additional costs due upon delivery.

If the delivery destination is outside Thailand, the price you pay to KICK will exclude all relevant import duties and taxes. You are to be held responsible for any applicable custom fees regards to your purchase as deemed by your country custom regulation.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY?

You are able to try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 7 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, unwashed, unstained, undamaged and with all original brand label and garment tags still attached. Swimwear must have the hygiene sticker in place, in its original condition. Returns that do not meet the requirement above will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

The returns are only applicable on full-priced items. Please note that all sales items are final and not eligible for return/exchanges.

EXCHANGES

We will refund the postage fees of your exchanges if you need a size exchange, or faulty items and wrong item/size was sent to you.

If that is the case, please drop us an email at help@kickactive.co and let us know why you are exchanging the item together with your order number. When you post the item back to us, please provide us the receipt of the postage fees so we can refund the postage fees back to you.

RETURNS

If you would like to return your item, all returns will be processed as store credit with no expiry date. Please drop us an email at help@kickactive.co and let us know why you are returning the item together with your order number. For your first return, we will refund the postage fees back to you. When you post the item back to us, please provide us the receipt of the postage fees so we can process the refund of the postage fees. However, after the first return, you will need to be responsible for the returned item shipping fees moving forward.
